Exciting in the sense that you will be choosing from a litter of cute and adorable little kitties and daunting as you will be faced with an irresistible selection that would probably make you want to get them all. Here are some useful tips that will help you avoid regrets on your choice.

First and foremost, you need to remember that kittens are a lot different from puppies. Even if you have an experience in choosing pups, it will probably not help a lot, which is why you need to avoid basing your decision on that experience alone. Second, although it can be tempting to choose younger ones, avoid doing so. This is because they will need at least 3 months to be with their mother to learn important behaviours such as using litter boxes. Furthermore, you can check their personality according to how they act with their siblings. Lastly, do not base your judgement solely on how cute they look. Check their body parts for any injuries and if they are healthy enough.
